This Privacy and Cookies Policy (“Privacy Policy”) contains information about the processing of data used on www.softikos.com and its subdomains (“Websites”), mobile applications Termino and available for download on AppStore and Google Play (“Applications”), embedded in partner websites and social media pages of our partners (“Partners”), through which customers can make bookings directly with partners (“widgets”) (together the “Platform”).
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and customers. This Privacy Policy aims to inform you about how we collect, define and use information that may identify you, such as your name, email address, phone number and other contact details or online identifiers, other information you provide when using the Platform (“Personal Data”), as well as cookies we use. Data Controllers
For Termino customers who use the Platform via the Termino mobile applications, the independent data controllers are:
Softikos doo, Branislava Nušića 5/68, 11300 Smederevo, Serbia, email: office@softikos.com, which processes data for booking purposes, and
The partner salon, which processes data to provide the selected service.
Partner salons may also use the Platform directly via widgets or as business management software. In that case, the partner salon is the data controller and Termino is the data processor acting on behalf of the partner salon.
What data do we collect?
When you visit and/or use our Platform or contact us, we may collect the following information:
Personal data you provide voluntarily, such as when registering an account, subscribing to emails or newsletters, making bookings, leaving reviews, comments or completing surveys.
Termino does not require sensitive personal data (e.g. health data). If you voluntarily provide such data, we consider that you have given explicit consent for processing for the purposes described in this Policy.
Job application data, including CVs, contact information and any information submitted during recruitment processes with Termino.
Communication data, including emails, messages, phone calls, chat conversations, IP address and display name.
Usage and technical data, such as device type, browser, IP address, location, advertising identifiers, visit duration, referral sources and interactions with the Platform.
Data Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that all personal data you provide is accurate and up to date. If you submit third-party data (e.g. booking for another person), you must have their consent.
